Fun for the Kids
Providing a family atmosphere is the ultimate goal of the Douglas
Golf & Country Club. Throughout the year, the Club provides continuous
programming for our youth.
During the Spring, children enjoy our annual Easter Egg Hunt. The summer is
filled with activities! Kids enjoy our Club Camp, a day camp filled with
activities and crafts. There are also junior sports camps and clinics to
introduce the children to various sports including golf and tennis.
During the summer, families enjoy our Thursday poolside cookouts all season
long. The Fall is filled with our Halloween Festival, an all-time favorite! The
Holidays are memorable with our Sunday with Santa event.
Youth Golf Activities
We offer an organized summer program for juniors. Learning clinics and
tournaments are provided along with other suitable activities for the different
age groups of boys and girls ages five and up. With your membership, children 18
& under play golf at no additional charge, however, cart fees apply.
Summer Club Camp
Each year kids enjoy summer day camp. This year, kids can enjoy
WILD WEST KIDS CAMP for Cowpokes in 1st through 5th grade. Camp dates are
July 21-25 and time is 9:00a.m. until 12 noon. Camps are for members only and are $65 per child.
Snack and lunch are provided. Reservations are required for your child to
attend.
